Rent Collection Percentage

KPI Group: Housing

What it Measures

This KPI shows the percentage of monthly rent billings that have been collected, per AMP and development.

When to Use it and Why

This KPI is best utilized daily, weekly, or monthly and is helpful in giving an indication of how well the project manager is collecting the current month's rent.

Note: Keep in mind that the rent collection percentage KPI will constantly change over the course of the reported month just as the percentage of collected rent changes over the course of the month. So, early in the month you could have a 0% rate of rent collection and the end of the month will be significantly higher.

Current Refresh Frequency

Daily: Rent collection percentages are updated in HIP at the end of each day.

Historical Archive Frequency

Monthly: Rent collection percentages are created, or archived, at the end of the month; you can compare each month using the historical view.
